If I come to the motel, is my information safe? Who knows that I have come?

If anyone was still wondering, let’s summarize… by coming to the motel your data will be treated with great confidentiality and you can be sure that no one will be aware of your actions, you will not receive flyers or any advertising object at home, in short, your data is at Safe!! The privacy law protects your right to privacy and privacy.

How many people can fit in one room?

Our double rooms are intended to be occupied by one or two people at a time. If there are 3 or 4 of you, the reception staff will kindly ask you to rent another room.

Are both documents needed or is just 1 enough?

We do not accept people without an identity document. The documents allowed are: identity card, passport, residence permit, driving license, weapons licence, ministry card.

Can minors access hotel services?

Italian law prevents people under the age of 18, unless accompanied by their parents, from using motel services.

Do we need to booking?

For standard rooms it is not necessary to book. As regards the individual suites, booking is recommended in order to be as close as possible to your preferences. If the reservation is not made, a suite will be assigned based on availability.

Do I need to pay a deposit to booking?

No, a deposit is not necessary.

Where do you park? Do all rooms have private parking?

Almost all of our rooms are equipped with a private car park, which can be closed with an automatic awning so that your car is not in sight. Only for some, being located on an upper floor, a large car park is available inside the motel, however reserved only for our customers.

How is a room cleaned?

The cleaning of the rooms is carried out with professional products, perfume-free, anti-allergic disinfectants and detergents, in accordance with current legislation. The care we take in cleaning is at the highest levels, in fact we apply a management and reconditioning system for the treated textile products with biocontamination control logic and microbiological quality assurance compliant with the UNI EN 14065:2004 standard. All the beds and pillows in our Motel/Hotel have a special anti-mite, antibacterial, antifungal, antistatic protection, all to ensure the highest level of hygiene and maximum respect for the health of our customers.

How much does the restaurant cost?

In all rooms there is a menu, which includes a large choice of seasonal dishes and an extensive wine list from the most deserving wineries. The delicacies we offer on our menu have a low cost. So, to transform a hotel room into the most intimate and private of restaurants.

How much does the bar cost?

At check-out you will be asked if you have any drinks from the minibar, everything you have consumed will be added to the cost of the room. In any case, inside the room there is a price list that covers everything found in the minibar and the related costs.

Does using the hydromassage and tub cost?

The use of the hydromassage tub is included in the cost of the suites and has no time limit.

What accessories can I find in the room?

All rooms are equipped with a minibar, large LCD television, a line of courtesy products, slippers, central air conditioning, soundproofing, free adult films, internet connection.

If I pay by credit card, what will be written on the bank statement that I will receive at home?

We accept all types of credit and debit cards.
If you want to pay by credit or debit card, the account statement will show that the expense was made at Hotel Motel 2.

Do you issue regular invoices for companies?

Upon request we issue invoices for companies. In the event that the invoice is not requested before the account is closed, we will issue a tax receipt.

Can I pay in cash?

We accept payment in cash, credit cards, debit cards, advance bank transfers, etc.

Can I always come without booking?

Booking is welcome if you want a particular suite, otherwise we always have availability for the other room categories Standard, Mini-Suite. Without a reservation, for the subject suites, you will be assigned a room based on availability.

Is there an Internet connection?

There is a wi-fi Internet connection throughout the motel area. The connection is totally free and unlimited.
